Typically, Thai people share meals in a group of family and friends. The meal is served all at once (rather than in courses) and all dishes are shared with each other. Each dish in the meal will be unique in flavour and texture, the combination of dishes will give the meal the balance and harmony Thai cuisine is famous for.

Each of the six regions in Thailand find this balance and harmony differently. To best experience Thai food the way it is shared in Thailand we recommend asking our staff about our regional set menu.
